Former State Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez’s son was arrested for allegedly murdering a young man from Concord. Nunez apparently still has a (well-known) spokesperson Steve Maviglio, who said about Fabian that, "He's home with his family and has no comment.” Really Steve, “no comment”?
